Number Fun

 We made our number line for the classroom wall with canvas, tape and paint

 This was the process.  The children were having so much fun and discussions about numbers were happening during this process.

 The next day, the process continued.

 Once the tape was removed, the numbers were white again. The children thought this was great. They now call them our magic numbers.

 The idea was to put the numbers up on the bulletin board. As usual, the children had a better idea. They played with the numbers for an entire week before they went up on the wall.

These boys were working together to form the number line. They were talking about getting the numbers to fit on the carpet.
